Sales Coordinator/Sales Administrator
We are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator in Johannesburg East to join a company which produces high-quality water meters and provides state-of-the-art solutions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of sales administrative experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Essential: Matric qualification.
A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Essential: Prior experience as a sales coordinator or in administration.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
Essential: Sage Evolution.
Duties and responsibilities:
Support Sales Representatives and Managers by addressing their queries and inquiries.
Process all Sales Orders promptly within one day of receipt.
Issue quotes within two days of receiving the request.
Assist in compiling Tenders.
Ensure accurate categorisation of Sales on Sage Evolution.
Handle customer inquiries and visits in person or via phone.
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of PM’s products and services.
Provide weekly Sales Order Received values every Monday for the previous week.
Collaborate with Operations to schedule product deliveries (backorders) to customers.
Prepare Waybills for dispatched products.
Review and follow up on Backorders for customers, coordinating with production to meet customer expectations.
Participate in Marketing activities, campaigns, and activations as needed.
