Delta-v’s mission is to accelerate the growth of B2B software companies across South Africa and throughout Europe. We build and manage inside sales teams for SaaS companies from our base in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

About The Role

This is your chance to break into Tech Sales with some of the fastest-growing international FinTech and SaaS companies. You’ll learn how to generate pipeline, book meetings with C-level executives, and play a key role in winning new customers.
We’ll kickstart your journey with our hands-on training program, designed to turn your customer-facing experience into tech sales expertise. From there, you’ll have a clear path to grow into leadership within two years.

What you’ll do:

Learn the FinTech & SaaS space across EMEA markets
Research and identify high-value target accounts
Reach out to decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Book meetings and demos with senior executives
Join customer meetings and contribute to go-to-market campaigns
Continuously refine your sales skills with support from experienced leaders

Requirements

A university degree
1-2 years in a customer-facing role (preferably sales-related) after your studies
Genuine interest in sales, SaaS, and FinTech
High energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and resilience
Strong written and spoken English, confident engaging with C-level executives
Based in Cape Town (or open to relocating)
South African citizenship
