About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Hyundai Tableview, you will play a crucial role in driving vehicle sales and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position focuses on delivering a premium sales experience, engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, and showcasing the features and benefits of our Hyundai product range.
You will be an integral part of a dynamic sales team in a reputable automotive dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage with customers to identify their automotive needs and present suitable Hyundai vehicles.
Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and provide comprehensive information about vehicle features.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions and follow-up support.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and generating new leads.
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional campaigns and events that enhance brand awareness.
Maintain detailed knowledge of Hyundai product specifications, pricing, and financing options to assist customers.
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures while upholding the Hyundai brand’s reputation.
Requirements
Proven track record in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automotive financing and leasing processes.
Knowledge of vehicle products and services or similar automotive brands.
Sales certifications or automotive industry-related training.
Experience in digital marketing and social media engagement.
