Job Description

An established company operating in the essential services and OHS compliance space (fire equipment, detection systems, sprinkler systems, first aid and training) is seeking a driven Sales Executive to focus on new business development.
This role is suited to a candidate who already has an existing network and can actively generate and convert opportunities.

What This Role Demands

Ability to generate new business (not account management)
Existing client network / database
Cold canvassing and pipeline development
Strong closing ability
Relationship-driven B2B selling

 Minimum Requirements 

Minimum 1+ year B2B sales experience
Existing client base/network (highly advantageous)
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Own reliable transport
Willing to travel

 Key Competencies

New business development & lead generation
Strong negotiation and closing ability
Commercial awareness (profit/margin understanding)
Strong follow-up and pipeline management
Self-managed, target-driven, and resilient

Advantageous

Experience in fire/safety/OHS environment
Exposure to technical or compliance-based services
Pastel / MS Office
