Job Advert Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager at Rola Volvo Somerset West. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Furthermore, the Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a customer-focused sales culture within the NEW and SELEKT vehicle division whilst promoting the Rola brand.

Minimum Requirements
Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards common goals.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop strategic initiatives to drive sales growth.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of automotive sales processes, dealership operations, and industry best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire our sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Team Development: Mentor and train sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every customer receives a positive and memorable buying experience, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
Inventory Management: Ensure accuracy of stock sourcing and management including margins as per customer preference.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions to maximise dealership profitability.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Adhere to Dealer , OEM and Company Standards.
