KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate new business through lead identification, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and successfully close sales deals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SFDC systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market insights
Ensure timely payment collection and address customer issues effectively.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A results‑driven sales professional with:

3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven experience as a hunter focused on new business generation.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding (advantage, not mandatory).
Ability to work independently, manage a busy pipeline, and deliver against sales targets.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Salesforce (SFDC) experience is a plus.
A valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement: Matric (Grade 12).
Bonus / Preferred: A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
