Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify potential customers through research, networking, and referrals
Cold calling, emailing, or attending events to build a pipeline of leads
Customer Engagement
Reach out to prospects to introduce products or services
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Listen to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Product/Service Presentation
Deliver presentations, demos, or proposals to showcase offerings
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Handle objections and answer customer questions
Sales Negotiation & Closing
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts
Guide prospects through the decision-making process
Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Account Management
Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale
Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts
Prepare regular reports for management
Collaboration
Work with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals
Coordinate with operations or product teams to ensure smooth delivery
Share customer feedback to improve offerings
