Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior System Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise IT environments with a strong focus on Microsoft cloud and identity technologies.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong operational stability, and excellent communication skills to support enterprise-scale infrastructure and end-user environments.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end administration and management of Microsoft Intune (configuration, deployment, policy management, application packaging, and device lifecycle management)
Administration and support of Active Directory (AD) environments including user, group, and policy management
Manage endpoint security, compliance policies, and device governance across hybrid environments
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, identity, and endpoint issues
Implement and maintain security baselines and device configuration standards
Support identity and access management processes across enterprise systems
Collaborate with internal IT teams and stakeholders to ensure system reliability and performance
Monitor systems proactively to ensure uptime, stability, and compliance
Document technical processes, configurations, and operational procedures
Participate in escalation support and incident resolution for critical infrastructure issues
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years’ experience in Systems Administration or similar infrastructure-focused roles
Exceptional hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (end-to-end administration is essential)
Strong experience in Active Directory administration and management
Solid understanding of Microsoft ecosystem including endpoint management and identity services
Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud integration)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across enterprise systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment
