Job Description
Our client, a well-established structural engineering consultancy in Pretoria, is looking for an experienced Structural BIM Modeler / Technician to join their team.
This is a senior-level position for a highly skilled modelling professional with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, capable of working both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team on complex structural projects
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural BIM modelling and draughting
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD — essential
Extensive experience in modelling and drafting reinforced concrete and structural steel works
Reinforcement detailing experience required
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal oversight
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
Experience with CadsRC will be beneficial
Fluent in Afrikaans (essential) — both written and verbal
Valid driver’s license
Own reliable transport
