We are seeking a suitably qualified Supplier Development Analyst to support the implementation of our Supplier Development strategy and drive sustainable growth for qualifying supplier development beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor Supplier Development initiatives
Ensure compliance with B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice
Facilitate DMRE Supplier Development audits
Identify and assess Supplier Development beneficiaries
Conduct business needs analyses and develop support plans
Provide business development support, including:
Business Planning
Financial Management
Marketing Support
Mentoring & Coaching
Develop and present business cases on behalf of beneficiaries
Monitor and evaluate programme performance and impact
Assist businesses with funding applications and credit-readiness
Monitor funded beneficiaries and identify potential risks
Provide Pre- and Post-RFP support including:
Pricing Assistance
Technical Proposal Development
Value Proposition Development
Quality Management of Responses
Innovation and Differentiation Strategies
Minimum Requirements:
BCom Degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field
Project Management Certification
3–5 years’ experience in Preferential Procurement
Experience in Supplier Development, Enterprise Development, or Socio-Economic Development programmes
Strong understanding of B-BBEE and Supplier Development requirements
Valid Code EB Driver’s Licence
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience supporting SMEs and enterprise development initiatives
Preferred:
Experience within mining, industrial, manufacturing, or community development environments
Fluency in English and isiZulu
