\tWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Conveyancer with experience in both bonds and transfers to join our law firm in Paarl.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManage conveyancing transactions from instruction to registration, including both bonds and transfers.\u00a0
\n\tLiaise with banks, estate agents and clients, ensuring a seamless transaction process.\u00a0
\n\tHandle the financial aspects of conveyancing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure compliance with banking and conveyancing requirements.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain and expand strong relationships with clients and key business sources.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAdmitted Attorney and Conveyancer (Admission as a Notary will be advantageous).\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 3 years post-admission conveyancing experience in both bond and transfer registrations.\u00a0
\n\tFamiliar with LexisConvey, e4, SARS & Rates.com, Stordoc, DocExchange, LexisSign & ProSign.\u00a0
\n\tStrong numeracy skills to handle financial aspects of transactions.\u00a0
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Skills & Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tA detail-oriented professional who can manage both bond and transfer transactions independently.\u00a0
\n\tA confident communicator who builds strong relationships with clients, banks, estate agents, and key stakeholders.\u00a0
\n\tA team player who values collaboration and a positive, supportive work culture.\u00a0
\n\tSomeone who is willing to take initiative and go the extra mile.<\/p>\n
