\nKey Responsibilities of the Job:<\/p>\n
\tDesigning safe and effective exercise programs for your client base
\n\tProviding high levels of customer service to personal training clients and all Virgin Active members
\n\tBuilding a sustainable personal training client base by continually adding new clients and retaining existing clients
\n\tCompleting and maintaining accurate personal training client records stored in the designated club areas
\n\tMaintaining appropriate professional boundaries
\n\tRespond and act in the case of club emergencies
\n\tParticipate in all club related activities as required
\n\tHelping create a fun atmosphere within the fitness areas
\n\tFollow all Personal Training guidelines and standards as set by Virgin Active
\n\tEnsure that all certificate is valid and up to date according to industry standards<\/p>\n
\u00a0Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric qualification
\n\tA recognized Personal Training qualification
\n\t1- 2 years\u2019 experience within personal training
\n\tA current First Aid, CPR and AED certification
\n\tAn outgoing and friendly personality coupled with good communication skills
\n\tSelf-motivated to achieve set income targets
\n\tSelf-disciplined to build and maintain a client base<\/p>\n
