Main Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tEffective administration of the technology contract to ensure sound financial performance
\n\tConform and adhere to the profitability of contracts with a focus on records and hours.
\n\tContract Margin administration
\n\tBillable hours
\n\tJob Cards
\n\tCoordinate and complete administration for the contract and invoice documentation and ensure accuracy of information<\/p>\n
Effective management of operations<\/p>\n
\tComplete daily tasks with close monitoring of standards and hours of subordinates.
\n\tClient retention and customer service levels
\n\tMaintenance of positive customer relationships
\n\tQuality Management\/ Ops Process management \u2013 adherence to quality standard<\/p>\n
Effective management of business development function<\/p>\n
\tNew business development
\n\tIdentifying new business opportunities in the region\u2019s sphere of operations, as well as in terms of growth of business with existing customers.<\/p>\n
Health and Safety<\/p>\n
\tParticipate in the design\/ development\/ review\/ implementation and monitoring of the branch\/region\/national safety plans for each year.
\n\tParticipate in safety forums created by the company for example safety meetings and safety talks.
\n\tReport all safety incidents to the relevant people
\n\tDiscuss all safety incidents on all levels
\n\tFollow-up on any activities assigned through safety
\n\tmeeting\/committee\/representative\/management
\n\tAttend safety education and refresher programmes
\n\tComply with safety policies and procedures at workplace
\n\tDistribute safety information as and when required
\n\tWear protective clothing all the time<\/p>\n
Qualification and Experience<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tA valid Driver’s License
\n\tFormal Security Management Training advantageous
\n\tElectronic Security Services Management (2-3 years Management or similar)
\n\tExtensive experience with regards to implementation of the following systems:<\/p>\n
