\tWe have mapped the journey As-Is and To-Be processes are defined. Now, we need an architect who can bridge the gap with a smart, scalable integration design for a strategic Workbench solution a centralized platform where users will seamlessly execute end-to-end business workflows.<\/p>\n
Your Role:<\/p>\n
\tOwn the end-to-end integration architecture for the new Workbench platform.
\n\tDesign robust, secure, and scalable integration patterns across business domains and systems.
\n\tWork alongside business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to bring the To-Be vision to life.
\n\tDefine data flows, system touchpoints, service contracts, and integration specifications.
\n\tProvide thought leadership on integration strategy, architecture best practices, and governance.
\n\tAlign the solution with enterprise standards and security frameworks.<\/p>\n
What We’re Looking For:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience as an Integration or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
\n\tStrong grasp of API-led design, messaging, middleware, and service orchestration.
\n\tAbility to work independently and drive architecture from scratch this is not just plugging into an existing framework.
\n\tExperience collaborating across business, architecture, and engineering teams.
\n\tInsurance, banking, or financial services experience is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n
