\nRole Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tLead commercial excellence initiatives to drive growth by developing sales and marketing capabilities, implementing high-performance management best practices, and focusing on Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, Field Force Effectiveness (FFE), and CRM, Data, & Analytics.<\/p>\n
Accountabilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop deep commercial expertise across AME through a Best Practice Sharing Platform, enhancing collaboration and knowledge exchange by leveraging resources from AMEA (MaSE team).
\n\tCollaborate with BA Heads, country managers, to identify areas for improvement, new capability needs, and develop roadmaps focusing on processes, people and technology, while tracking progress.
\n\tPart of GTM, leads Field Force strategy and design in the BA\u2019s following MaSE methodology and supports Commercial teams in the implementation phase
\n\tProvide support and guidance to country teams in defining and implementing CRM strategies aimed at ensuring systematic grower data capture.
\n\tCollaborate with the Global team to bolster AME Data & Analytics initiatives, leveraging insights for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in Digital marketing projects.
\n\tIdentify core issues and improvement areas within the business areas, synthesizing findings, and developing recommendations in collaboration with CU leadership.
\n\tBuild capabilities within the sales organization through leading workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions, acting as a change agent to drive business improvement.
\n\tProvide subject matter expertise and guidance to country projects, including initiatives such as distributor trainings, to enhance customer intimacy.
\n\tEnsure that all initiatives and strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and integrated across different functions and countries.
\n\tWork with the BA\u2019s to develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and practices across teams and regions.<\/p>\n

Critical experience and knowledge<\/p>\n
\tRelevant commercial university degree or equivalent
\n\tMBA or post grad degree advantageous
\n\tProven leadership skills
\n\tUnderstanding of competitive environment
\n\tProven ability to understand customer and country\u2019s needs, structure and business drivers.
\n\tProduct management and line management experience
\n\tAgribusiness experience: knowledge of cropping practices and crop protection products
\n\tGood English Communication (written and spoken)<\/p>\n
