As BIM Coordinator, you\u2019ll ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all BIM files sent to and received from consultants. But this is more than just quality control \u2014 it\u2019s about identifying trends, providing feedback, and elevating the studio\u2019s overall BIM standards. You\u2019ll work closely with our architectural teams to ensure compliance with international BIM and LOD standards, while also influencing training, workflows, and technical strategies.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tConduct model audits and produce visual, actionable audit reports
\n\tImplement and maintain BIM and LOD standards across projects
\n\tDevelop workflows and systems to improve design processes
\n\tCreate and deliver training content (Revit, BIM 360, Dynamo)
\n\tMaintain helpdesk support and respond to technical queries
\n\tDrive research and development initiatives and present value-add findings
\n\tAssist with project BIM execution plans, protocol documents, and project handovers
\n\tDevelop Dynamo scripts and tools for automation
\n\tCollaborate on interdepartmental BIM coordination strategies
\n\tMonitor trends to guide training, upskilling, and software use<\/p>\n
Essential Skills & Criteria<\/p>\n
\tStrong Autodesk Revit and Dynamo knowledge
\n\tDeep understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and interoperability
\n\tStrategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
\n\tAbility to manage multiple projects, delegate tasks, and meet deadlines
\n\tExperience with systems documentation and training delivery
\n\tCollaborative and confident team player with leadership potential
\n\tTakes ownership, drives outcomes, and holds self to high standards<\/p>\n
Advantageous Experience<\/p>\n
\tProficiency with Autodesk BIM 360
\n\tProficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper
\n\tISO Certification
\n\tAdvanced Excel skills (data handling, cleaning, organizing)
\n\tFamiliarity with CDE rules, BIM Execution Plans, and BEPs
\n\tBackground in architectural documentation and BIM coordination
\n\tAbility to simplify complex concepts and train others effectively
