\tAs an MIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Talent Acquisition team by creating insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help us optimize our recruitment processes and make informed decisions.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to track key recruitment metrics.
\n\tAnalyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
\n\tCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.
\n\tEnsure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
\n\tSupport ad-hoc data analysis requests as needed.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.
\n\tAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.
\n\tStrong communication skills to present data insights effectively.<\/p>\n
