Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDoing collections campaigns by calling customers for debit orders that have failed
\n\tAssisting with outstanding collections from customers
\n\tSending of statements –
\n\tContact customers with outstanding balances to request payment and resolve any discrepancies.
\n\tReconciling customer accounts
\n\tTicket management – Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.<\/p>\n
Skills and Competencies<\/p>\n
\tCompleted Matric\/Grade 12
\n\tMinimum 3 – 4 years of Collections experience (collecting consumer outstanding payments)
\n\tExcellent communication skills and a skilled negotiator
\n\tA keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
\n\tExcellent telephone manner
\n\tKnowledge of the procedures and legal requirements necessary when debtors do not meet their payment obligations<\/p>\n
