\n\tHelp to ensure that the CLCC operates in accordance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements and works to ensure that awareness of such requirements is raised and promoted throughout this area\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate on initiatives \/ projects\u00a0
\n\tEvaluating and measuring customer satisfaction and other performance outcomes\u00a0
\n\tDesign and develop QA templates
\n\tStandard Operating Procedure (SOP) adherence
\n\tSupport team engagement and teamwork<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12
\n\tShort term insurance related qualification (min NQF lev 4); or similar \u00a0
\n\tRE is advantageous<\/p>\n
Experience and Knowledge<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of\u202f3 \u2013 5 years\u2019 experience in short term insurance, commercial lines and\/or Agri assets \u00a0
\n\tGood understanding of contact centre processes, systems (namely, Policy Centre, Avaya, USD, NQR, Mainframe and WebE).\u00a0
\n\tCoaching skills and experience
\n\tPrevious Quality Assurance experience advantageous\u00a0
\n\tExcellent computer literacy, particularly Intermediate Excel\u00a0
\n\tReport writing experience an advantage
\n\tExperience in a client service environment\u00a0
\n\tExperience in contact centre technology applications\u00a0
\n\tGood understanding of basic financial principles, e.g. profit, growth, etc.\u00a0
\n\tGood understanding of contact centre processes and SLA\u2019s \u00a0<\/p>\n
