\n\tWe at RCL FOODS are in search for a Gig Rig Supervisor to join our Baking Business Unit\/Division. The role will be based in Welkom and report to the Area Sales Manager. RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent to drive promotional truck or other vehicle over planned routes or within an established territory as per planned activation schedule.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum Grade 12
\n\t2 Years\u2019 experience
\n\tDriver Licence -Code 10 with PDP<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that reporting procedures are adhered to and that documentation is maintained
\n\tRecord daily giveaways allocated
\n\tRecord giveaway recipients at each activation
\n\tRecord and report sales of each activation
\n\tTo ensure the efficient operation of the promotional vehicle
\n\tMaintain vehicle within scheduled parameters
\n\tComplete vehicle checklist daily
\n\tMaintain vehicle cleanliness at an acceptable level
\n\tBrand collateral
\n\tOperate sound system
\n\tEnsure responsible use of brand collateral\/POS
\n\tEnsure effective and efficient return of collateral\/stock
\n\tGet Sales Manager to sign for the return of stock
\n\tPromote Sunbake to potential customers at daily activations
\n\tEngage consumers at daily activations to maximize sales
\n\tInteract with customers to gather insights
\n\tMaintain a high level of organization and leadership in the team
\n\tBe loyal to Sunbake and take pride in the appearance, accuracy and standard of work
\n\tOrganise and action work as a priority
\n\tComply with all traffic laws and regulations<\/p>\n
