Job Profile:<\/p>\n
\tLeading and Overseeing the Finance Team \u2013 Provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance department, ensuring effective collaboration, professional development, and high performance.\u00a0
\n\tCross-Functional Collaboration \u2013 Work closely with departments such as sales, operations, and customer service to align financial strategies with overall business objectives and support decision-making.\u00a0
\n\tCash Flow Management \u2013 Monitor and optimize cash flow to maintain liquidity, ensure operational efficiency, and support business growth initiatives.\u00a0
\n\tBudget Development and Oversight \u2013 Establish, manage, and track the organization’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and alignment with strategic goals.\u00a0
\n\tRisk Management and Compliance \u2013 Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal controls.\u00a0
\n\tAudit Management \u2013 Oversee internal and external audit processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to compliance requirements.\u00a0
\n\tComprehensive Tax Management \u2013 Handle tax planning, compliance, and reporting while optimizing tax strategies to maximize savings and ensure adherence to legal obligations.\u00a0
\n\tFinancial Reporting and Analysis \u2013 Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support executive decision-making and long-term business planning.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCA(SA) qualified\/ CIMA
\n\tMinimum 3 – 4 years management experience\u00a0
\n\tMust have knowledge and working experience of MS-Word, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint and Accounting Systems.
\n\tStrong IFRS knowledge.
\n\tExcellent communication skills.
\n\tJSE listed company experience (advantageous).<\/p>\n
