\tAssist in compiling the BEE file and collate information for BEE verification.

\n\tEngage with internal and external stakeholders regarding B-BBEE toolkit and various communications.
\n\tWork with the various internal element experts and provide administrative support where needed.
\n\tAssist the CSR Manager in the delivery of the Transformation Strategy.
\n\tAssist CSR Manager in the compilation of board\/IAR\/ESG\/SET packs.
\n\tConduct site visits to potential projects to build relationships.

Admin and Reporting<\/p>\n
\tDelivery of all Reporting requirements.
\n\tResponsible for related budget-related activities e.g.
\n\tOversee invoice processing and payment.
\n\tEnsure tax certificates are received for all payments made to Section 21 organizations.
\n\tAssist in the compilation of yearly disclosure reports to track sustainability goals.
\n\tCoordinate and ensure adherence to reporting deadlines across internal and external stakeholders.
\n\tCollate and monitor beneficiary information to update internal templates.<\/p>\n
Monitoring and Evaluation<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement key metrics to track the impact of B-BBEE and CSI initiatives.
\n\tConduct data analysis to assess the social return on investment (SROI) for funded projects.
\n\tDevelop and implement key metrics to track the impact of B-BBEE and CSI initiatives.
\n\tProvide regular progress reports on transformation and social impact initiatives to key stakeholders.
\n\tConsolidate data for monitoring and evaluation purposes and facilitate informed decision-making.
\n\tManage ongoing stakeholder relationships to ensure sustainable impact and compliance with B-BBEE frameworks.<\/p>\n
Deliverables<\/p>\n
\tWeekly – Updates project progress against its goals, highlighting any areas of concern.
\n\tReports on the social return on investment for key projects, using agreed metrics.
\n\tUpdates to the B-BBEE toolkit and communications materials, based on stakeholder feedback and new developments.
\n\tMonthly – In-depth analysis of the impact of key projects, including both quantitative and qualitative data.
\n\tRecommendations for adjustments to project design or implementation, based on monitoring and evaluation findings.
\n\tFeedback from beneficiaries and stakeholders on project impact and areas for improvement.
\n\tReports on overall progress towards sustainability goals, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
\n\tQuarterly – Comprehensive evaluation reports on each project, assessing its overall success and impact.
\n\tDevelopment of new metrics and tools for monitoring and evaluation, as needed.
\n\tTraining and support for project staff on monitoring and evaluation procedures.
\n\tIn-depth assessments of each project’s impact, based on agreed-upon criteria.
\n\tUpdate of B-BBEE file completion and verification process.
\n\tContributions to the yearly disclosure reports on sustainability goals.
\n\tOngoing – Maintenance of strong relationships with beneficiaries and stakeholders, to ensure open communication and feedback.
\n\tIdentification of new opportunities for funding and collaboration, based on monitoring and evaluation findings.
\n\tAdvocacy for effective monitoring and evaluation practices within the organization and the wider community.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 years experience in an administrative role
\n\tPrevious experience with B-BBEE audits and verification processes is highly advantageous.
\n\tExperience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), social impact reporting, or sustainability frameworks is preferred.<\/p>\n

\tRelevant completed Bachelors degrees<\/p>\n
