and hyper digital agenda.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAssist in managing Timberland&#8217;s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).<br \/>\n\tMonitor social media platforms for brand mentions, comments, and messages.<br \/>\n\tEngage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages promptly and professionally.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the marketing team to develop social media content strategies aligned with Timberland&#8217;s brand, marketing objectives and industry trends.<br \/>\n\tCreate and schedule engaging social media posts using relevant text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.<br \/>\n\tSocial Media Advertising:<br \/>\n\tSupport in the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns that align with marketing objectives.<br \/>\n\tConduct market research to identify target audiences, demographics, and consumer behaviour.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and calls-to-action.<br \/>\n\tMonitor ad performance, optimize campaigns based on key metrics, and suggest improvements.<br \/>\n\tEvent Coordination:<br \/>\n\tAssist in planning and coordinating marketing events and activations, such as product launches, pop-up stores, and collaborations.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate logistics, including supplier selection, vendor coordination, and on-site setup.<br \/>\n\tSupport event promotion through social media, email marketing, and other channels.<br \/>\n\tAssist in post-event evaluation, including gathering feedback and measuring the success of marketing events.<br \/>\n\tCollaboration and Communication:<br \/>\n\tCollaborate closely with the marketing team, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.<br \/>\n\tAssist in managing affiliated relationships with external agencies, influencers, vendors, and partners.<br \/>\n\tCommunicate marketing initiatives, updates, and timelines to internal stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tSupport cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.<br \/>\n\tAdministrative Support:<br \/>\n\tProvide general administrative support to the marketing department.<br \/>\n\tHelp maintain marketing databases and contact lists.<br \/>\n\tAssist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and other documents<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Preferable Experience Required:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role.<br \/>\n\tExperience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).<br \/>\n\tBasic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with event planning and coordination.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).<br \/>\n\tStrong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.<br \/>\n\tAbility to develop creative social media strategies and campaigns.<br \/>\n\tAnalytical Skills<br \/>\n\tAbility to analyze social media metrics and digital advertising performance data.<br \/>\n\tStrong research skills to identify target
