WHAT YOU\u2019LL DO<\/p>\n
You are responsible for the following per your allocated area of responsibility:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for managing contract agreements in various sites.
\n\tIncluding but not limited to the following operations:
\n\tOperations & Maintenance
\n\tProject upgrades and modernizations
\n\tResponsible for the Health & Safety Culture on site.
\n\tResponsible for delivery according to the scope of contract and any deviations from the agreement.
\n\tResponsible to ensure process compliance of the site
\n\tResponsible for all communications i.e. performance reviews, daily, weekly and monthly reporting as well as escalation of issues.
\n\tGive input to sales opportunities from a perspective of delivery and capacity management including up-sales and renewals of existing agreements.
\n\tManaging the maintenance service team
\n\tManaging the supplier\/contractor SLA
\n\tManaging the site stakeholder relationship including the customer, suppliers and service providers.

\tSafety mindset
\n\tExperience from delivering large service agreements and site or production management
\n\tBasics in financials and financial controlling
\n\tGood people management skills
\n\tProject management skills understanding Metso technologies and service offerings and processes
\n\tA hands-on supervisor for Metso equipment oversees for e.g crushers the daily preventive inspection of crusher equipment, ensuring it runs efficiently and safely<\/p>\n
