About the job Sales & Project Engineer<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Project Engineer to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role combines technical engineering expertise with client relationship management and project coordination skills.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tRespond to and manage client inquiries, understanding their requirements and challenges
\n\tDevelop and propose technical solutions tailored to client needs
\n\tCreate detailed quotations and technical proposals
\n\tServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout project lifecycles
\n\tFacilitate communication between clients and Macrotec’s engineering team, project management, and other departments
\n\tCoordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources
\n\tConduct regular client meetings to provide updates and address concerns
\n\tMaintain accurate documentation and records for all client interactions and project developments
\n\tIdentify opportunities for additional services or projects with existing clients
\n\tParticipate in business development activities and industry events<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
\n\t0-3 years of experience in engineering, sales engineering, or project coordination (recent graduates with internship experience will be considered)
\n\tStrong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\tDetail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation abilities
\n\tSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n\tValid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites when required<\/p>\n
