Creative Leadership & Strategy<\/p>\n
\tLead the creative direction for\u00a0brand awareness, promotional activities and\u00a0product marketing\u00a0across multiple business units.
\n\tDevelop and maintain\u00a0brand guidelines and visual systems, ensuring alignment across all digital and print assets.
\n\tPartner with marketing and product owners to shape compelling\u00a0marketing toolkits\u00a0that enhance go-to-market strategies.
\n\tOversee creative execution across\u00a0email, PR, web, search and display ads, social media, videos, brochures and presentations.<\/p>\n
Marketing & Sales Enablement<\/p>\n
\tSupport pitches and tenders\u00a0by developing\u00a0visually compelling proposals, presentations and supporting collateral.
\n\tOversee the development of\u00a0marketing toolkits\u00a0that provide structured, scalable design assets for internal teams and agencies.
\n\tDrive the creation of\u00a0digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and performance objectives.
\n\tLead the design of\u00a0service and product brochures\u00a0ensuring clarity, engagement and visual appeal.
\n\tDevelop\u00a0sales enablement tools\u00a0that empower sales teams to communicate value effectively across multiple lines of business and products.<\/p>\n
Team & Project Management<\/p>\n
\tSupervise – not manage – a small internal team\u00a0of designers providing design direction and creating design systems to give clear direction for internal and external teams to create campaigns.
\n\tSupervise external\u00a0agencies and freelancers, ensuring they align with AAGroup\u2019s brand and campaign objectives.
\n\tOversee the\u00a0workflow of marketing campaign assets\u00a0\u2013 including web, digital ads, video, brochures, presentations and events.
\n\tWork closely with the\u00a0Marketing Director, Content Strategist and Program Manager\u00a0to streamline design execution.<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
\t8+ years of experience\u00a0in creative leadership, design direction or art direction.
\n\tA strong\u00a0portfolio\u00a0demonstrating expertise in\u00a0branding, marketing campaigns and digital design.
\n\tDeep experience working across\u00a0B2B and B2C marketing
\n\tSkilled in\u00a0Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and digital marketing assets.
\n\tMotion graphics tools\u00a0is a plus.
\n\tExperience directing\u00a0teams,\u00a0managing\u00a0agencies and contractors\u00a0in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tExperimenting with emerging AI technologies\u00a0to enhance productivity and craft.
\n\tStrong\u00a0storytelling skills\u00a0to align visual and written content across platforms.
\n\tAbility to balance\u00a0strategic thinking, providing direction\u00a0with\u00a0hands-on execution.<\/p>\n

\tMust be a hands-on creator (IC), not a team manager
\n\tA self-directed, strategic leader who can develop a plan and drive multiple marketing projects
\n\tMust have some B2B experience<\/p>\n
