Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThis role plans, designs and implements maintenance programs to optimize the availability and productivity of production site facilities and equipment.<\/p>\n
Key Missions<\/p>\n
\tManages and participates in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, following the local safety guidelines
\n\tRepairs and maintains mechanical and electronic equipment, tools, and instruments, following the local safety guidelines
\n\tLiaises with production staff to coordinate repair work, statutory safety inspections and supply of new plant and equipment with production schedules
\n\tWorks in a team with Health and Safety to ensure the machines are compliant with the law
\n\tManages the contract with the machine suppliers
\n\tMonitors the equipment inventory and consumables
\n\tProvides information for external or internal audit (KPI\/ ISO certification)
\n\tMaintains key performance indicators and delivers monthly reports
\n\tHolds electric or automation basics
\n\tPossesses basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and tools obtained through work experience or education
\n\tWorks under supervision<\/p>\n
