\n\tWe\u2019re searching for a Senior Business Analyst to join a collaborative team, with a primary focus on enhancing a national CRM platform used by financial advisers. What You\u2019ll Be Doing:<\/p>\n
\tAct as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
\n\tAssess and validate development requirements before handover to developers.
\n\tParticipate in pre-development discussions and post-development testing to ensure solutions meet expectations.
\n\tServe as the team\u2019s representative in cross-functional business engagements.
\n\tDocument platform functionality in a clear and consistent format.
\n\tAssist in the preparation and execution of UAT test packs.
\n\tImplement and improve processes for collecting and analysing business requirements.
\n\tCreate prototypes or mock-ups to visualise proposed solutions.
\n\tMentor junior analysts and contribute to team development.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Need to Succeed:<\/p>\n
\tBCom \/ BSc degree or similar qualification.
\n\tMinimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector.
\n\tExperience working with CRM systems, preferably in wealth or financial advisory contexts.
\n\tAgile \/ Scrum proficiency with a strong grasp of the full software development lifecycle.
\n\tExcellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
\n\tAbility to interpret business requirements and convert them into actionable technical specifications.
\n\tLeadership or mentoring experience.<\/p>\n
