We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and setting qualified appointments for our Account Executives. Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProactively identify and qualify potential leads through research, outreach, and inbound lead follow-up
\n\tBuild and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective customers
\n\tEngage with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
\n\tSchedule discovery meetings for the field sales team
\n\tCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and refine lead generation strategies
\n\tMaintain detailed records of all interactions and progress using our CRM system
\n\tConsistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation and activity targets<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 1 year experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role
\n\tMatric certificate or NQF Level 4 qualification (essential)
\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills
\n\tExcellent organizational and time-management capabilities<\/p>\n
Experience with sales tools such as:<\/p>\n
\tSalesforce
\n\tSales Navigator
\n\tZoomInfo
\n\tGong
\n\tChili Piper
\n\tA self-motivated attitude, coupled with a desire to learn and grow<\/p>\n
