\tDue to our exponential growth, we are hiring at the senior management level. Knight Pi\u00e9sold South Africa is looking to appoint a Regional Manager to manage and grow our KZN office who will report to the Managing Director of Knight Pi\u00e9sold South Africa.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum qualification: BSc Eng\/ B Eng\/ BTech Eng (Civil).\u00a0
\n\tECSA registered professional, ideally with a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience.\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 12 years\u2019 experience in the water sector.\u00a0
\n\tProven experience in business development \/ client relations.\u00a0
\n\tProject Management experience.\u00a0
\n\tExperience in managing technical teams.\u00a0
\n\tExperience in pumps and pipelines will be an advantage.\u00a0
\n\tMust be willing to travel.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tLead the KZN operation to ensure growth, sustainability and profitability.\u00a0
\n\tMarketing and work search (current and new markets) for the division and Knight Pi\u00e9sold.\u00a0
\n\tBuild the client base and retain existing clients.\u00a0
\n\tOversee all projects to ensure that they are controlled, adhering to quality standards, minimize risks and ensure that projects are completed within budget and are on time.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure deliverables meet our client\u2019s requirements\/industry standards.\u00a0
\n\tTo manage WIP and debtors to contribute to the profitability of the company.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure work produced by the department is of a high technical standard.\u00a0
\n\tStaff management and mentoring.\u00a0
\n\tTechnical review, report and proposal writing.\u00a0
\n\tSubmission of monthly financial projections and other management reporting as required.\u00a0
\n\tCollaboration with section managers and sector leads in support of South African business strategy.<\/p>\n
