\tEcowize is looking for a skilled and competent Warehouse Administrator to join the Supply Chain team in Cape Town. The purpose of the role is to oversee and manage stock which includes receiving, issuing and dispatching of stock. The successful incumbent will also ensure the category operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as primary goal.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure productivity, quality and customer service standards are met by processing orders and invoices in a timely manner and daily dispatching of the correct stock.
\n\tPrevent financial loss to the company by consistently reaching daily, weekly and monthly targets.
\n\tInbound freight coordination.
\n\tReceiving administration.
\n\tCommunication of all receiving discrepancies to relevant parties.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\u00a0
\n\tPrevious Warehousing experience
\n\tExperience with SAGE, Warehouse Management System (eg. Granite)
\n\tStrong Administrative skills
\n\tValid forklift license.
\n\tDemonstrated experience in order Picking.
\n\tPrevious experience in inventory control.
\n\tPrevious experience with loading and offloading trucks
\n\tSome experience in team supervision<\/p>\n
The successful Incumbent must have the following skillset:<\/p>\n
\tExceptional communicator both verbally and written
\n\tGood understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated.
\n\tLogical thinker as well as strategic and organized
\n\tAbility to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems
\n\tAttention to detail
\n\tMust be comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values. \u00a0<\/p>\n
