\n\tWe’re looking for someone sharp, ethical, and detail-oriented to join our team and help safeguard our business from financial risk. As a Regional Internal Auditor, you\u2019ll work closely with our branches to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Your role is key in helping us prevent fraud, protect company assets, and promote accurate financial reporting across the board.<\/p>\n

You Bring:<\/p>\n
\t1-2 administrative experience
\n\tCompleted Matric with English and Mathematics
\n\tComputer literate
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n

\tCompleted or studying towards a diploma\/degree, majoring in accounting or auditing will be advantageous<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do For The Brand:<\/p>\n
\tPerform morning cash counts daily (Afternoon cash counts need to be approved by head office). Must close or open the safe with the team It is imperative to be there prior to the safe opening on morning cash counts.
\n\tPerform full compliance audits on the first visit of each month.
\n\tPerform selected compliance audits daily
\n\tPerform audits around paperwork and daily recons Paperwork should not be outstanding for more than +\/-14 days. Unless discussed and approved by management.
\n\tStock count and fixed asset counts daily.
\n\tChecking and reconciling of un-scanned tickets at branch level. Tickets should not be outstanding for more than +\/-14 days. Unless discussed and approved by management.
\n\tAuditing cancelled tickets. Cancelled Tickets should not be outstanding for more than +\/-14. Unless discussed and approved by management.
\n\tReporting daily observations to relevant management.
\n\tPerform draw checks for Bet games and SYX clerks.
\n\tEnsure your feedback to management is value added by identifying when the branch is being poorly managed, where critical risks are not being identified or properly managed, when the business objectives are not likely to be met.
\n\tAssisting the branch to clear queries.
\n\tReporting non-compliance with company policies and procedures to management.
\n\tSupply a daily timesheet and report.
\n\tAd hoc tasks and requests.
\n\tWork independently.
\n\tTravel extensively.<\/p>\n
