Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLead and manage the Cashbook, Payments, and Creditors team
\n\tSet departmental goals, monitor performance, and mentor staff
\n\tEnsure process adherence and implement best practices and internal controls
\n\tManage staff resources \u2026 workloads and distribute tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines
\n\tCollaborate closely with cross functional teams to obtain holistic view of key practices influencing the financial cycle\u00a0
\n\tOversee the full creditor cycle
\n\tManage supplier account reconciliations and process flow<\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with all internal and audit standards
\n\tReview variances between invoices, orders, and statements, and resolve issues in collaboration with buyers and accountants
\n\tMaintain and update recurring and once-off payment schedules
\n\tPerform monthly supplier age analysis, review and reporting<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in\u00a0creditors, payments, and cashbook functions
\n\tProven years in a supervisory or management role
\n\tProven ability to manage high volumes across multi-entity environments
\n\tExperience with\u00a0Xero\u00a0is beneficial
\n\tStrong knowledge of\u00a0accounts payable, reconciliations, and cashbook best practices<\/p>\n
