\n\tAs the HR Administrator, you will be an essential part of our HR team, playing a central role in creating a supportive and values-driven work environment. Your focus will include onboarding, probation, culture, wellness, and HR administration\u2014ensuring our people processes run smoothly and employees feel valued and empowered.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
HR Administration & Support<\/p>\n
\tMaintain employee data and HR records using Sage 300 People
\n\tManage digital and manual filing systems
\n\tProvide admin support for employee relations, training, and recruitment<\/p>\n
Onboarding & Probation<\/p>\n
\tDeliver seamless onboarding experiences
\n\tConduct new employee orientation sessions
\n\tTrack probation periods and support managers through structured reviews<\/p>\n
Culture & Engagement<\/p>\n
\tAssist with driving initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and teamwork
\n\tAssist with recognition programs and team-building events
\n\tAssist in employee surveys and engagement campaigns<\/p>\n
Performance Support<\/p>\n
\tSupport performance review cycles and documentation
\n\tAssist with KPIs, PIPs, and follow-ups<\/p>\n
Wellness & Social Initiatives<\/p>\n
\tOrganise staff wellness campaigns
\n\tCoordinate internal events to strengthen team morale<\/p>\n
What We’re Looking For<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent
\n\tNational Diploma\/Degree in HR Management or related (advantageous)
\n\tStrong administration skills
\n\t3+ years of experience in an HR Admin or similar role
\n\tExperience with Sage 300 People
\n\tProficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook<\/p>\n
