A full-service law firm offering legal advice to UK and international businesses, individuals, and families is seeking a New Build Property Conveyancer to manage new build property sales, conveyancing, legal compliance, and stakeholder coordination for smooth transactions.<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements for the role:<\/p>\n
\tMust have a relevant tertiary qualification and be a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
\n\tMinimum 3-7 years\u2019 postgraduate experience, preferably in new build property transactions
\n\tProven experience managing new build sales with minimal supervision is essential
\n\tStrong knowledge of the new build conveyancing process, including contract drafting and title checking
\n\tProficiency with case management systems is desirable
\n\tExcellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
\n\tHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tManaging a caseload of new build property sales, ensuring all transactions progress efficiently alongside the corresponding purchase.
\n\tConducting title reviews, drafting contracts, and handling all necessary conveyancing documentation.
\n\tLiaising with developers, clients, agents, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth property sales.
\n\tProviding accurate and timely legal advice to clients, keeping them informed throughout the transaction.
\n\tEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
\n\tContributing to process improvements and the overall development of the team.<\/p>\n
