What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/p>\n
Talent Sourcing & Engagement<\/p>\n
\tMaster the skills to find and attract exceptional candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
\n\tBuild relationships with top talent and contribute to a robust candidate pipeline.
\n\tConduct initial candidate screenings to match skills, experience, and aspirations with client needs.<\/p>\n
Team Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWork alongside expert recruiters to understand hiring strategies, company cultures, and market trends.
\n\tAssist in creating tailored recruitment plans to identify the best candidates.
\n\tCollaborate with a dynamic team to deliver an outstanding candidate and client experience.<\/p>\n
Candidate Management<\/p>\n
\tSupport candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey.
\n\tMaintain up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
Skills & Attributes<\/p>\n
\tA degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tA proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships.
\n\tEagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
