Job Specification\/ Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tManage and maintain detailed – Claims register for Customers
\n\tManage and maintain detailed claims register for suppliers.
\n\tMaintain and understand customer specific requirements
\n\tTo investigate failures at customers and complete reports on reason for failure, is it due to product or installation processes.
\n\tInspection on roofs be able to work on heights and be able to walk on roofs.
\n\tTo test material that has failed at customers.
\n\tTo send material for external testing to determine reasons for failure
\n\tTo liaise with Operations on failures and corrective actions
\n\tRetrieve and test retention samples.
\n\tTo liaise with Sales team on immediate and long term actions on resolutions for claims.
\n\tTo set up supplier meetings and document minutes
\n\tTo assist SCM on quality requirements to Suppliers on SLA<\/p>\n
Education\/Qualification & Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
\n\tKnowledge of Coil processing and forming \u2013 Roof installation and on-site profiling. Must be able to work at heights and be able to travel to sites.<\/p>\n
