\tWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Broker Consultant to join our team. This role involves building strong relationships with brokers, growing our business in both domestic and commercial insurance, and promoting our innovative broker solutions.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Broker Relationship Management:<\/p>\n
\tBroker Visits daily. (Monday to Thursday)
\n\tFridays are designated for administration and office work.
\n\tMaintain a professional and presentable appearance when visiting brokers.<\/p>\n
Business Growth & Sales:<\/p>\n
\tIncrease existing business volumes and onboard new brokers.
\n\tConduct presentations and demonstrations of our broker solutions.<\/p>\n
Planning & Reporting:<\/p>\n
\tDetailed weekly planning and reporting\u00a0<\/p>\n
Compliance & Training:<\/p>\n
\tAdhere to FAIS regulatory requirements, including RE5 and FSCA credits.
\n\tAttend and complete all mandatory training courses.
\n\tEnsure all personal and professional information provided to the employer is accurate and up to date.<\/p>\n
Key Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tRE5 Certification & Matric
\n\tFluent in Afrikaans and English (verbal & written)
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience in short-term insurance
\n\tAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in General Commercial insurance
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license & own reliable vehicle
\n\tWest Rand-based and willing to travel daily to see clients
\n\tWilling to do country trips and overnight stays. Travel outside of Gauteng.\u00a0
\n\tStrong people skills and ability to build relationships with brokers
\n\tComputer literate and able to work with online systems
\n\tProper home office setup for remote working. Reliable Wi-Fi and back up during load shedding.<\/p>\n
