\tPlan and implement application and assessment cycle.

\n\tProactively identify and manage programme risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies as it speaks to data management and compliance, i.e POPIA(especially for minors) and FICA alignment.<\/p>\n

CSI Opportunities<\/p>\n
\tManage the GEMS BBB-EE information contribution, SED spend.
\n\tProvide adhoc support for various CSI initiatives such as Gsquared(employee volunteer program), build a boys and career days<\/p>\n
Monitoring and Evaluation<\/p>\n
\tOversee the monitoring and evaluation process. Includes stakeholder engagement, research, putting in place Theory of Change and specific evaluation areas, and report on progress quarterly. volunteer programmes.
\n\tIdentify any specific trends in order to innovate additional support offerings.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tAct as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, students, parents and staff members in the programme\/beneficiaries.
\n\tDevelop and maintain communication plans to ensure regular updates to beneficiaries and direct stakeholders. This may include monthly emails, mailers, surveys, and monthly and quarterly check-ins with service providers.
\n\tConduct quarterly engagements to assess implementation progress, mental health check-ins, academic progress, and the status of program equipment such as laptops.<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tPrepare relevant reports for
\n\tSocial Ethics and Transformation ( SET),
\n\tGEMS Advisory Committee,
\n\tBoard report & SA operational report
\n\tIntegrated Annual Report
\n\tNeeds basis and EXCO.
\n\tPrepare and provide insights for the Annual Integrated report.
\n\tPrepare and provide programmatic insights and assessment of progress in relation to SDGs underpinning the ESG framework.
\n\tPrepare any and all programmatic reports and documents needed for all forms of control such as audits.<\/p>\n
Staff management<\/p>\n
\tLeadership, mentoring, and performance management
\n\tManage the GEMS team and see to their operational delivery.
\n\tConduct performance evaluations, provide feedback and support career development for team members.
\n\tConflict resolution<\/p>\n
ESG<\/p>\n
\tEnsure the program adheres to the organization\u2019s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policies and goals. By incorporating ESG considerations into program planning and execution, reporting on ESG performance to the relevant councils.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years experience in a CSI\/CSR\/education\/youth development environment
\n\tAt least two years in a specialized or management role<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tSocial Science Degree or a relevant bachelor\u2019s degree.
\n\tProgramme Management certifications (e.g., MSP, PMP) or equivalent qualifications such as a PGDIP<\/p>\n
