\tUndertake daily pre-screening of all properties submitted by Grading Assessors prior to submitting them for consideration by the Monthly Approvals Exco Meeting.\u00a0
\n\tPrepare and present all assessments submitted monthly at the Monthly Property Approvals Executive Committee Meeting.\u00a0
\n\tConduct audits on assessments done and selected by the Monthly Property Approvals Executive Committee Meeting.\u00a0
\n\tResolve any queries received from both Assessors and establishment owners on the ground, swiftly and effectively.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor and report on the performance of the Grading Assessors.\u00a0
\n\tBuild and maintain effective relations with the Provincial Tourism Authorities\u00a0
\n\tRepresent the TGCSA in all relevant forums to ensure the organization\u2019s continued presence in the industry.\u00a0
\n\tAssist the respective Provinces to achieve their Tourism Growth Strategy objectives relating to quality assessments.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelor Degree or 3-year Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism and\/or Quality Assurance\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 5-7 years\u2019 experience in Hospitality, Product\/Business Development, Quality management and\/or product knowledge\u00a0
\n\tComputer literacy, intermediate to Advanced proficiency in applications such as the Internet, Email (Outlook), MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel\u00a0
\n\tProven and demonstrable knowledge of quality standards (e.g ISO) in tourism accommodation\u00a0
\n\tProficiency in English\u00a0
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license\u00a0
\n\tProven experience working with all levels of employees and management<\/p>\n
