The role will also focus on building a solid marketing talent pipeline to support innovative and sustainable marketing solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Education and experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum of a 3-year B Degree in Marketing or equivalent<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 operational marketing experience<br \/>\n\tEvent planning experience is an advantage\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMarketing management experience is an advantage<br \/>\n\tPreferably obtained within the casino and or hospitality environment<\/p>\n<p>Working conditions and special requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tAbility to travel locally<br \/>\n\tAbility to work shifts that meet operational requirements<\/p>\n<p>Duties and responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<p>Marketing Plans &amp; Results<\/p>\n<p>\tUnderstand the business strategy and develop action plans to create relevance and grow footfall to the property<br \/>\n\tDevelop new and innovative marketing plans to promote the unit\u2019s customer value proposition and respond to the changing gaming landscape<br \/>\n\tBuild, maintain and leverage strategic relationships to promote the property<br \/>\n\tGrow the unit\u2019s gaming market share in the Free State<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the central office marketing support teams to grow the unit\u2019s gaming and hospitality brand presence across various channels including online and social media<br \/>\n\tConduct market research through collection, analysis, and interpretation of data and the use of business intelligence tools to provide a clear view of customer preferences. \u00a0Develop a strategy to respond to these learnings.<br \/>\n\tInfluence and co-ordinate promotions, events and entertainment by analysing and evaluating customer trends and preferences.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with gaming to develop strong acquisition, reactivation and retention strategies<br \/>\n\tConduct meet-and-greets with strategic partners and VIP customers<br \/>\n\tMonitor and audit the unit\u2019 customer relationship database to ensure the data is complete and accurate and provides consistent and reliable insights into the unit\u2019 customers and their preferences<br \/>\n\tDevelop and measure gaming marketing and direct marketing campaigns (including digital and social) to support the business objectives<br \/>\n\tSupport VIP and key customer relationships to grow visitation and loyalty<br \/>\n\tMeasure and report on the impact of all marketing initiatives and activations<\/p>\n<p>Campaign Management\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tDefine and promote the business units\u2019 customer value proposition<br \/>\n\tDevelop and co-ordinate an OMNI-channel strategy to promote cross play between online and land-based gaming<br \/>\n\tPlan, execute, measure and conclude all promotions and events for the unit<br \/>\n\tCreate rich content to promote social and digital presence<br \/>\n\tProvide innovative solutions and campaigns to deliver on the unit\u2019s strategy<br \/>\n\tAttend events to leverage opportunities to acquire new business and build strong relationships with key customers<br \/>\n\tDevelop and implement an aggressive internal and external communication strategy<br \/>\n\tPrepare and present post-mortem analysis on all campaigns<\/p>\n<p>Delivered MVG Loyalty Management<\/p>\n<p>\tCollaborate with central office marketing support teams to develop acquisition and retention campaigns<br \/>\n\tManage and monitor the implementation of the MVG Loyalty Programme and benefits for the unit<br \/>\n\tEffectively manage the MVG team<br \/>\n\tManage the customer database hygiene to ensure the completeness and accuracy of customer data<br \/>\n\tConduct analyses of customer data and develop and implement campaigns to increase visitation<br \/>\n\tEffectively communicate and drive the benefits of the loyalty programme in order to grow the database<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>\tInternal: Effective communication to ensure internal stakeholders have a complete understanding of all upcoming activations (gaming, hospitality, events, etc)<br \/>\n\tExternal: Communicate and negotiate with external vendors, agents, promotors, entertainers, etc to build and maintain strong relationships. \u00a0Promote the unit and venues with the aim to collaborate and deliver on the objective to establish Windmill as the preferred entertainment destination in Bloemfontein<br \/>\n\tLiaise with central sales and marketing teams to ensure synergy on objectives and campaigns<br \/>\n\tNegotiate and manage vendor contract deliverables<\/p>\n<p>People Leadership<\/p>\n<p>\tManage positive employee relations within the department<br \/>\n\tDrive a performance culture<br \/>\n\tProvide direction and support to employees with regard to marketing initiatives, campaigns and innovations<br \/>\n\tProvide motivation and leadership to promote positive working relationships<br \/>\n\tIdentify training,
