\n\tPricing management and review of trading terms
\n\tBuild strong relationships to use company resources, services and brands for mutual growth and benefits
\n\tManage the processes at outsourced catering customers for new business growth or for changes in existing solutions
\n\tPrepare and present meaningful quarterly customer business reviews with existing customers<\/p>\n
Volume Growth and New business activations:<\/p>\n
\tAchieve sum of B&I Channel volume versus budget Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate Categories
\n\tCompile and maintain national promotional grid to deliver commercially viable volume increase or increased brand awareness
\n\tForecast accurately for equipment pipeline in B&I channel as well as product forecasting to achieve growth and gain new business<\/p>\n
Sales Productivity Improvements:<\/p>\n
\tDesign and implement national group customer & channel plans
\n\tQuarterly customer reviews with action plans shared with Sales Executive and communicated with regional sales manager
\n\tPlacement of POS\/branding material to create brand awareness<\/p>\n
Defensive and retention strategies for Coffee volumes through channel:<\/p>\n
\tTrack coffee volumes through key accounts
\n\tIdentify areas with low coffee volumes and implement a defense and retention strategy<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric\/Grade 12 Certificate
\n\tBusiness Related Qualification
\n\tMinimum 5 years Foodservice sales experience<\/p>\n
