Job Summary:<\/p>\n
\tTo create and increase brand awareness through maintaining pricing, shelf health, promotions, training of instore sales consultants and strong customer and client relationships.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure product availability
\n\tCheck for and manage damaged stock process
\n\tCheck accurate pricing, promotional pricing, competitor pricing
\n\tEffective management of demo software on all live devices
\n\tTraining of store staff
\n\tEngaging with shoppers
\n\tAssisting and supporting of store sales staff to drive sales vs competitor sales
\n\tImplement and maintain POP material as per client brief
\n\tIdentify need for promotions to increase sales and negotiate with store manager
\n\tIncrease forward share \/ floor share \/ shelf share of products
\n\tNegotiate for prime positions in store
\n\tDrive slow moving stock and allocate sufficient space to fast moving stock<\/p>\n
Effective implementation of promotions<\/p>\n
\tImplement promotions according to head office and client requirements
\n\tMaintain stock levels
\n\tMaintain POP<\/p>\n
Effective administration\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tComplete reports timeously \/ accurately
\n\tManage assets and equipment
\n\tUtilization of handheld devices \/ system to provide reports \/ feedback and action returns process
\n\tCommunicate execution \/ exceptions to relevant parties and gather feedback
\n\tCustomer service and satisfaction
\n\tEffective self -management<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric)
\n\t2 years\u2019 experience in Telecommunications and Consumer Electronics
\n\tDriver’s license plus own reliable car (preferable)<\/p>\n
