Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will assist in gathering requirements, analysing data, and supporting the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.<\/p>\n
Tasks include:<\/p>\n
\tPresent meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders to understand and extract business needs and objectives
\n\tDocument business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
\n\tPerform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform project decisions
\n\tAssist in interpreting data to support business cases and project proposals
\n\tCreate high-level wireframes and prototypes to visualise solutions and aid in requirements clarification
\n\tWork closely with solutions architect, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
\n\tHelp clarify requirements and answer questions during the development process.
\n\tAssist in creating process flow diagrams, use case diagrams, and other documentation to illustrate business processes and system interactions
\n\tSupport the QA team in developing test cases and conducting testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements
\n\tParticipate in user acceptance testing and help document any issues or feedback
\n\tHelp maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and status reports
\n\tAssist in tracking project progress and updating project management tools
\n\tLead meetings, presentations and reports for internal teams and clients
\n\tCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project success.<\/p>\n
Essential Skills, Attributes & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
\n\tAdvantageous- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n\tExperience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq and Figma
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\tUnderstanding of business analysis principles and methodologies
\n\tFamiliarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus
\n\tAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment
\n\tAttention to detail and strong organisational skills
\n\tCritical thinking and problem-solving abilities
\n\tEffective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
\n\tBasic business acumen and strategic thinking
\n\tCreative thinking and ability to visualise concepts<\/p>\n
