\tManaging and co-ordinating all work through the creative, strategy, dtp, digital and productions departments.
\n\tAttending weekly status meetings, creative status meetings and standups.
\n\tMonitoring the schedules and workloads of all creatives (ATL & Digital)
\n\tSending schedules daily
\n\tOverseeing jobs and making sure they are on track, on time and allocated correctly.
\n\tEnsuring timesheets are completed on time and correct.
\n\tChecking all creative time have been logged and marked as completed.
\n\tTrafficking and assisting of trafficking creative and digital creative briefs, ensuring briefs are received on time.
\n\tChasing all briefs
\n\tScheduling Job kick-starters and reviews with Creative Directors, Client Service, production and strategy.
\n\tReviewing and providing feedback on all briefs to ensure that you are happy with the quality of briefs going into the system.
\n\tEnsure that work flows through the various stages accordingly and is completed on time as per deadline.
\n\tCommunicating any concerns or delays to Traffic Director and client services team.
\n\tLiaise with the client service and creative teams ensuring efficiency and continuity across all jobs.
\n\tChasing production on Cost estimate and CPA\u2019s.
\n\tChasing strategy team for delivery on all jobs.
\n\tLiasing with DTP and fast tracking jobs that need to be handed over to them.
\n\tManaging the entire creative studio in the absence of Traffic Director.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tAt least 1yr project management experience in a creative space
\n\tExcellent organisational skills, massive attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
\n\tOutstanding communication skills
\n\tAbility to juggle multiple projects at once
\n\tResourceful, self-reliant person who is comfortable with ambiguity
\n\tEnergetic and self-motivated attitude<\/p>\n
