\tPerform consistent service according to the service standards and be fully prepared for each guest service, including mis-en-place, confidence in food\/menu descriptions and wine pairing recommendations.
\n\tBe aware of all menu changes and dietary requirements of the guests.
\n\tUpsell and recommend beverages to guests.
\n\tObey the liquor regulations.
\n\tPerform beverage preparation or service tasks including presentation and sales of beverages.
\n\tSupport optimal communication between the Kitchen and the Service team, attending daily service meetings.
\n\tFollow the stock control procedures, making sure that every beverage consumed is correctly accounted for.
\n\tAssist with minibar, kids\u2019 entertainment and luggage duties if required.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS – QAULIFICATIONS AND SKILLS<\/p>\n
\tKnowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service in a luxury environment.
\n\tKnowledge of wine, cocktails and other beverages served.
\n\tKnowledge of food, cooking methods, and all menus.
\n\tGood knowledge and understanding of stock rotation and control.
\n\tKnowledge of hygiene and all cleaning products used.
\n\tKnowledge of the operation of equipment and appliances.
\n\tKnowledge of all MORE properties and all activities offered.
\n\tKnowledge of all departments\/operations of your property.
\n\tExcellent attention to detail, excellent hygiene principles.
\n\tGuest focus philosophy, living the MORE brand and the MORE experience.
\n\tGood communication skills (written and verbal), practicing honest communication.
\n\tTeam player with positive attitude, enthusiasm, and emotional control.
