\tSirius Engineering provides comprehensive Project Engineering, Project Management, Architecture and Consulting Services exclusively for the Food Industry. We are at the forefront of exciting multi-disciplinary projects for a variety of clients. We are currently seeking a talented Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic Team.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop project execution plans.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tFacilitate the appointment of the professional team in consultation with the client.
\n\tSet up communication and management systems.
\n\tCoordinate inputs from all stakeholders.
\n\tManage design development in line with project objectives.
\n\tMake sure the design fits the budget and timeline.
\n\tFacilitate integration between different disciplines.
\n\tMonitor and control change management.
\n\tManage tendering and appointment of contractors.
\n\tPrepare and manage contracts.
\n\tEnsure compliance with relevant procurement and health and safety legislation.
\n\tKeep an eye on construction progress and quality.
\n\tOrganise site meetings and reporting.
\n\tManage the project handover to the client.
\n\tEnsure completion of final accounts and documentation.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDegree in the built environment (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Architecture).\u00a0
\n\t1-5 years relevant experience.
\n\tProficiency in all Microsoft Office Packages (especially Excel, Word).
\n\tExperience in project management software (e.g., MS Project) will be beneficial.
\n\tFamiliarity with tender processes and contract administration (e.g., JBCC).
\n\tExperience in digital coordination and collaboration using ACC will be advantageous.\u00a0<\/p>\n
