\tSupport the CEO in translating vision into execution. Guide department heads to ensure alignment, clarity of goals, and operational excellence across the business.
\n\tDrive strategic planning, OKRs, retros, and operational alignment.
\n\tCollaborate with the CEO on special projects and business development.<\/p>\n
Cross-functional oversight<\/p>\n
\tLead and unify heads of Digital Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Ads.
\n\tDrive effective collaboration and accountability across teams.
\n\tLead cross-departmental projects and ensure follow-through and ownership of key deliverables.<\/p>\n
Finance leadership<\/p>\n
\tPartner with the Finance Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
\n\tLeverage key SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn) to inform decisions and mentor financial thinking.
\n\tOversee financial operations and strategic partnerships.<\/p>\n
Operational excellence<\/p>\n
\tOwn business operations and implement scalable systems, processes, and project management to drive efficiency and delivery of key initiatives.
\n\tOversee and continuously improve internal workflows and service delivery.<\/p>\n
People & culture<\/p>\n
\tChampion a high-performance culture, working with HR to shape organizational design, talent development, and employee experience.
\n\tCoach and support senior managers to improve leadership and team output.<\/p>\n
Marketing & growth alignment<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with marketing leads to align strategy, brand, and performance goals.
\n\tEnsure ad spend and growth efforts deliver measurable results that align with overall business objectives.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience as a COO, Chief of Staff, or similar executive role
\n\t5+ years in a senior management capacity
\n\tExperience in a SaaS business
\n\tProject management expertise (certifications like PMP, Agile a plus)
\n\tExperience rolling out operational frameworks (e.g., EOS, OKRs)
\n\tProven experience overseeing multiple departments and leading department heads
\n\tBackground in the marketing industry, advertising, martech, SaaS, or a related digital-first business
\n\tStrong understanding of SaaS financial metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn) and business drivers
\n\tDemonstrated success in scaling operations and driving cross-functional alignment
\n\tFinancial literacy with experience guiding budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
\n\tStrong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities
\n\tProficient in project management and operational execution in fast-paced environments
\n\tBachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus<\/p>\n
