Duties<\/p>\n
\tLead assigned HR projects or initiatives.
\n\tPerform end to end recruitment process for allocated positions.
\n\tAssist with performance management process on Signify.
\n\tAssist with preparation of audit documents.
\n\tGive input to all HR policies.
\n\tOrganise, compile, update company employee records and documentation.
\n\tHandle all HR administration.
\n\tOrganise and manage new employee orientation and on-boarding.
\n\tTake minutes in meetings.
\n\tHandle all Labour relations issues.
\n\tAssist with OD initiatives.
\n\tAd-hoc duties as and when required.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Core Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric) with a HR qualification (diploma or degree).
\n\tA minimum of three years of experience in an IT environment.
\n\tSAGE 300 and or Signify working experience advantageous.
\n\tLabour relations experience, having a qualification will be advantageous.
\n\tPerformance system experience is compulsory for at least 2 years.
\n\tExperience with the whole recruitment life cycle.
\n\tExperience with performance management.
\n\tAdvanced knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite.
\n\tExperience with government or a State Owned Company advantageous.
\n\tExperience working with and managing temporary employees will be advantageous.<\/p>\n
