\tThe ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of existing customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. A team player, highly motivated and energetic with a robust nature to take on any task. A seasoned industry player that understands the ICT landscape.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tWork cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
\n\tCreate and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
\n\tMake visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within the allocated customer base.
\n\tManage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts.
\n\tCross-sell into the allocated portfolio by promoting core products to drive revenue.
\n\tCustomer retention and contract risk is to be managed monthly to ensure the allocated customer base is secure.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Activity<\/p>\n
\tYou are expected to conduct a minimum of 3+ customer meetings per working day \/ 15+ per week.<\/p>\n
Sales pipeline<\/p>\n
\tYour sales pipeline needs to target x 6 forward cover.<\/p>\n
Sales number<\/p>\n
\t100% attainment of Gross sales target at a minimum is required on a monthly basis.<\/p>\n
Renewal Strategy:<\/p>\n
\t100% attainment of Renewal sales target at a minimum is required on a monthly basis<\/p>\n
Task Management<\/p>\n
\tEffectively manage tasks created for core business products and adhere to the timeline.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tTwo to three years account management experience.
\n\tTwo to three years sales experience in the ICT sector an advantage.
\n\tArticulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
\n\tAccount Management skills & a strategic account planning.
\n\tMatric or diploma<\/p>\n
